IDT Corporation is a global communications company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, where you'll take ownership of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns across multiple products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of multi-product, segment-based customer lifecycle marketing plans
- Build and automate lifecycle campaigns using Braze to deliver scalable, personalized experiences
- Partner with analytics, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data quality and campaign accuracy
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp) aligned with business goals and time-sensitive promotions
- Monitor and report on KPIs; proactively adjust tactics to meet performance targets
- Use Amplitude, Braze, and AI tools for A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation, and message optimization
- Manage campaign calendars, promotional timelines, and content workflows to ensure flawless execution
- Review, edit, and proofread marketing content with a critical eye for quality and clarity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience with a strong grasp of audience segmentation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using Braze or Amplitude for multi-channel campaign management and analytics
- Strong understanding of customer engagement across email, SMS, push, mobile app, and WhatsApp
- Analytical mindset—you thrive on turning data into insights and measurable outcomes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple products and timelines
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently or cross-functionally
