SunSource is a provider of innovative pumps, products and services for fluid handling requirements. They are seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to expand business through direct sales and service of high-performance fluid process equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts
- Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals
- Promote and sell a wide range of fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services
- Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations
- Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in fluid handling and rotating equipment
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Suite of office products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits
- 2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree
