Member of Technical Staff — SketchPro.ai

David Joseph & Company is recruiting for SketchPro.ai, a company focused on embedding AI into architectural workflows. The Member of Technical Staff will be responsible for agent engineering, multimodal reasoning, and deep platform integrations, while collaborating directly with architects to enhance workflow automation.

Responsibilities:

• Agent engineering across context design, tool design, and reasoning loops over building models
• LLM and VLM multimodal reasoning over 2D drawings and 3D architectural geometry
• Deep platform integrations into Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and the broader AEC ecosystem
• Evaluation harnesses to determine whether AI outputs meet architect quality standards
• Geometry and drafting generation systems for documentation and drawing automation
• Direct customer collaboration with architects to translate workflow needs into agent behavior
• Full end-to-end technical ownership in ambiguous product environments
