They are seeking a client-facing Marketing Account Manager who will manage client relationships, lead marketing strategies, and oversee execution to help clinic owners improve their patient acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and follow up on client project tasks via Asana
- Communicate campaign performance and strategic insights to clients
- Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to produce, refine, and launch campaigns
- Report performance results and interpret implications for practice growth
- Consult clients on operational improvements that support patient acquisition
- Act as the strategic leader and point of accountability for client outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of ~70 clinics representing ~$250,000 in book value
Requirements:
- Experience running Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience with lead generation, paid media, or direct response environments
- Agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate numbers and campaign data into actionable business insights
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple projects
- Ability to manage client expectations professionally
- Comfort working with performance metrics, funnels, and positioning
- Experience owning a portfolio of accounts or revenue book
- Experience with CRM or pipeline tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare, chiropractic, or integrative medicine space
