Healthcare Data Project Manager | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Healthcare Data Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare and medical data pipelines. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables
• Oversee complex healthcare and medical data pipelines, focusing on improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Manage teams of Human Data Managers and Leads, reviewing the work of healthcare and medical subject-matter experts
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects and their progress
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across expert-driven workflows
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Possess a background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or significant exposure to healthcare and medicine
• Have at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or healthcare-focused data projects
• Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments
• Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly when working with senior healthcare and medical experts
• Have an MD as a strong plus, though not mandatory
