Position: SAP Basis Cloud Migration Engineer

Location: Canada Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Migration - This are mandatory skill needed..

Skill Set:

• Strong SAP Basis & infrastructure experience of minimum 9 to 12 years
• Should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on SAP Migration projects and cloud integration knowledge
• Should have knowledge on Hyper scalers Azure, AWS & Google Cloud Platform
• Prior experience with Enterprise cloud services & SAP RISE Migration would be an added value
• Certification on SAP Migration would be added advantage
• Required to work during weekends to support cutovers

Job description :

• Deep SAP Technical Administration Expertise: Strong skills in SAP Basis and experience with administration and operations of SAP solutions.
• SAP S/4HANA and Cloud Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of S/4HANA architecture, SAP OSDB migration methods, SAP Upgrade, cloud technologies (including Hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Technical Architecture & Change Management: Proven experience in technical planning, systems implementation, and managing technical changes.
• Cross-Technology Experience: Ability to work across SAP and non-SAP technologies (Unix/Linux, databases like SAP HANA and Sybase).
• Communication & Customer-Facing Skills: Must be able to de-escalate critical situations, lead technical discussions, and operate as part of a dispersed, virtual team.
• Certifications and Continuous Learning: SAP certifications and cloud/hyperscale certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are highly beneficial.
