Position : ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/SPM)
Location : Ankeny, IA (Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Month
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Consultant with at least 2 years on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional design documents.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules a plus.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
