Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systems
Identify opportunities to improve manual or repetitive HR workflows through scalable AI/ML-driven automation solutions
Develop integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems including Workday, ATS platforms, ServiceNow Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
Partner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoption
Continuously monitor and improve deployed tools based on user feedback, operational metrics, and evolving business needs
Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational handoff materials to support long-term maintainability and scalability.
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in AI automation, enterprise systems, HR technology, workflow orchestration, process engineering, or building AI-powered business solutions at scale
Demonstrated ability to translate business and HR challenges into AI-enabled solutions through automation platforms, AI tools, integrations, and process redesign initiatives
Hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications using LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, or similar platforms
Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms
Familiarity with automation and integration tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or custom-built workflow frameworks
Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee lifecycle processes
Experience independently scoping, designing, building, and deploying production-ready solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
