United World Telecom is a cloud communication solutions provider helping businesses communicate globally. They are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who will write B2B SaaS and telecom-related content, implement SEO guidelines, and support content promotion efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Write web content optimized for SEO and AEO (blog posts, articles, content pages, landing pages, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Work with content briefs and align SEO priorities, while contributing topic ideas and optimization recommendations
- Research industry-related topics and implement content marketing best practices
- Optimize content based on performance data (Search Console, GA, rankings, conversions)
- Support and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with published content
- Create basic visual assets (graphics and short-form videos) to support social media and content distribution efforts
- Perform relationship-based link-building efforts such as guest contributions, partner mentions, and industry collaborations (no spam or black-hat tactics)
- Research and identify additional opportunities to increase the company's exposure on different platforms
- Work closely within the marketing team and collaborate with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3-5 years proven writing experience for web and SEO; B2B required
- Portfolio of published articles or writing samples
- Native or fluent English speaking and writing ability is required
- Advanced understanding of on-page SEO and link-building concepts
- Ability to interact effectively with different departments and strong teamwork skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) are preferred
- Familiarity with WordPress, G-Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
- Some experience in community outreach is preferred, but not required
