Engine is transforming business travel into something personalized and simple. The Staff Product Manager will drive product strategy, collaborate across functions, and deliver impactful solutions to enhance the shopping and booking experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Shape a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey with flights, hotels, or rental cars
- Balance user-centric design with business impact, applying modern product techniques and leveraging emerging technologies like AI for personalized recommendations
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking
- Foster inclusive team discussions and champion shared goals across multiple workstreams
- Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion, build user confidence, and improve the overall shopping journey
- Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes
- Run experiments and continuously test and iterate to ensure our solutions are delivering maximum value
- Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Keep teams and stakeholders aligned by telling compelling stories around the “why” behind product priorities and trade-offs
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions
- Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions
- Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions
