RAW Global Industries is a faith-centered, clinical holistic wellness brand seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creator. The role focuses on creating and managing content across TikTok, Instagram, and email marketing to engage and convert the audience, while reflecting the brand's voice and values.
Responsibilities:
- Create, film concept direction, edit, and post a minimum of 4 to 5 TikToks per week in our brand voice
- Write hooks, scripts, and captions that educate, inspire, and convert
- Stay current on trends and adapt them to our clinical, faith-integrated wellness positioning
- Include clear CTAs in every video driving traffic to ---------- or our Clarity Call booking page
- Monitor analytics weekly and adjust based on what is converting, not just what is getting views
- Create and schedule weekly content calendars minimum two weeks in advance
- Design graphics using Canva Pro
- Edit Reels and short-form video using CapCut or equivalent
- Write captions that are brand-accurate, educational, and built to convert
- Repurpose content across platforms strategically
- Write and send weekly email campaigns with strong CTAs
- Build welcome sequences, nurture flows, and re-engagement automations
- Treat email as a sales channel — open rates, click rates, and bookings are the measure of success
- Respond to DMs and comments in our brand voice
- Support warm lead follow-up and booking processes
- Collaborate with our customer support VA to align content with active outreach

- Have worked in wellness, health, or faith-based brands and understand this audience
- Can only do strategy and need others to execute
- Have never personally created TikTok content
- Need constant instruction to produce weekly deliverables
- Cannot show documented results from previous content you have created
