Bloomin is a fast-growing D2C women's health supplement brand focused on simplifying and enhancing women's health. They are seeking a Creative Strategist to own a creative pod, produce multiple creative batches weekly, and analyze performance data to drive effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test creative concepts across Meta with a performance-first mindset
- Analyse creative performance data weekly and use it to drive the next iteration cycle
- Write sharp, insight-driven briefs for your editors and designers that translate strategy into executable creative
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Performance and media buyer to align creative output with scaling objectives
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework that generates learnings, not just content
- Stay ahead of trends, platform behaviour, and competitor creative to ensure Bloomin's output is always relevant and competitive
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on creative strategy experience in D2C performance marketing
- Proven track record with at least €1.5M in ad spend allocated to creatives you owned (And can showcase)
- Experience managing creative production — briefing editors, directing designers, owning output quality
- Strong analytical mindset — you read performance data and know how to act on it
- Fast, structured thinker who can manage multiple creative cycles simultaneously
- Someone who takes ownership seriously and does not wait to be told what to do
- Clear communicator who can translate data into creative direction and creative direction into briefs
- Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement space
- Experience scaling a brand from mid-stage to high-growth
