About this role
Conviso Inc. is seeking an IT professional for a Federal client engagement, requiring 8+ years of experience in IT implementation and operations management. The role involves leading tasks on IT engagements related to technology strategy, systems integration, and cloud services, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities are to have a fundamental understanding of IT Implementation and Operations Management best practices
- Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on IT engagements related to:
- Technology strategy
- Architecture and service management
- IT security
- Systems integration
- Data analytics and visualization
- Application development and maintenance
- Help desk operations
- Infrastructure/network design and management
- Cloud services including software, platform, and infrastructure as a service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Execute a portion of the project scope under the guidance of the Project Delivery Manager or designated mid-to-senior-level staff
- Contribute to deliverables where work is reviewed by team members for quality and accuracy
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Perform tasks independently with general guidance to execute assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT implementation, operations management, cloud technologies, systems integration, infrastructure support, and enterprise IT services
- Fundamental understanding of IT Implementation and Operations Management best practices
- Experience in technology strategy
- Experience in architecture and service management
- Experience in IT security
- Experience in systems integration
- Experience in data analytics and visualization
- Experience in application development and maintenance
- Experience in help desk operations
- Experience in infrastructure/network design and management
- Experience in cloud services including software, platform, and infrastructure as a service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
