Lead Product Designer

Faire is a technology wholesale platform focused on empowering local retailers through innovative design. As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape product experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading the design process from discovery to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define the direction by influencing what to build based on customer understanding and business context
• Lead end-to-end design from deep discovery and rapid prototyping through polished execution and production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to explore new paradigms
• Tell powerful stories that connect design vision to tangible business and customer impact, inspiring alignment across teams and leadership
• Push Faire’s design system forward through the lens of your work—evolving patterns, motion, and visual language that scale across the platform
• Prototype fearlessly using modern tools to explore new ideas, test assumptions, and accelerate innovation
