TeamDynamix is a dynamic inside sales company looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive new business. The role involves collaborating with outside sales and marketing teams, leveraging technology to identify sales-ready opportunities, and developing a strategic territory plan.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential accounts; solicit new accounts; build rapport
- Provide evaluation and technical information to prospects; prepare discovery documentation
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture and engage marketing-qualified opportunities
- Actively manage your territory and identify top targets
- Work with field sales to schedule appointments
- Achieve department and organizational goals by taking ownership of your territory
Requirements:
- A college degree, typically in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing/Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of sales experience in the software/tech industry in various capacities
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
