Kings III Emergency Communications is a growing company committed to providing critical communications services. The Sales Development Representative will engage potential clients, qualify leads, and support the outside sales team while maintaining CRM data and conducting market research.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling face-to-face meetings for our outside sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system
- Conduct in-depth market research, and prospect after tradeshows and events
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and with prospects in assigned markets
- Participate in in-person training sessions during onboarding, along with participation in semi-annual departmental and company-wide kickoff events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year successful cold calling experience, preferably in an SDR position
- You have our core values, and work in accordance with those values
- Able to expertly collaborate with numerous Business Development Managers (BDMs) in a constantly changing environment
- Able to quickly grasp the intricacies of different markets, adapting to varying geographies and resonating trends
- Demonstrate adeptness in managing a flexible schedule across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless workflow and communication
- Possess a strong desire to excel and surpass targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Team Spirited and able to work autonomously with minimal oversight
- Reliability and punctuality with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with CRM software (We use Salesforce)
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Proficient in utilizing sales enablement tools, including SalesLoft
