Solutionreach, Inc. is a high-growth SaaS company focused on improving patient communication in healthcare. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to create enterprise pipeline, engage healthcare organizations, and drive qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Creating enterprise pipeline for Account Executives by engaging larger healthcare organizations, mapping buying committees, and driving qualified opportunities
- Own outbound enterprise pipeline generation across phone, email, LinkedIn, and sequencing platforms
- Research target accounts and identify priority business units, decision-makers, and influencers
- Execute thoughtful, personalized outreach into named accounts with a multi-threaded prospecting strategy
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against defined enterprise criteria
- Book meetings that convert to qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue
- Partner closely with Account Executives on account plans, opportunity strategy, and conversion improvement
- Maintain accurate activity, contact coverage, and pipeline data in CRM
- Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategy for complex buying environments

- Ability to research accounts, uncover priorities, and connect outreach to business value

- Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly
- Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail
- Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience in SaaS or a complex B2B environment
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Sales loft, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
- Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts is a plus
- Background in healthcare technology is a plus
