American Nutrition Association® (ANA) is seeking a Nutrition Programs Customer Service Coordinator who will engage with prospective and enrolled learners and certificants. The role involves providing information about training and certification programs and assisting learners with inquiries and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for prospective and current learners/certificants, addressing inquiries about certification requirements, program details, and enrollment processes via email
- CNS credential verification requests from insurance companies
- CNS credential verifications for state licensure
- Process inbound candidate documents
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting for learners using the Learning Management System (LMS), including login issues, course access, and navigation
- Escalate issues to the Manager of Certifications as needed
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communication
- Experience and comfort in high-volume inbound communication settings (email)
- Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote team setting
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and online learning systems
- Experience in certification and online education settings
