Staff Engineer, Backend

They are seeking a Staff Engineer, Backend to design and maintain scalable backend systems, taking ownership of projects from conception to launch while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Go and other modern technologies
• Be able to work across the stack to build an end to end feature
• Own the entire development lifecycle of assigned features, from initial design and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security
• Interact directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, incorporating this knowledge into technical solutions
• Participate in technical discussions and provide insights and solutions to complex problems
