Iceberg is an innovative legal technology and professional services organization seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Contract Analytics & Lifecycle Management practice. This client-facing role involves managing complex digital transformation and contract lifecycle management projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for project delivery and coordination
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful closure
- Develop and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Ensure appropriate project resourcing and delivery oversight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Coordinate project activities across business and technical workstreams
- Ensure decisions, actions, and project outcomes are documented appropriately
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve project risks and issues
- Support best-practice project delivery methodologies across waterfall and agile environments
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Provide clear, proactive verbal and written communication throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience drafting formal project documentation
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working with technical concepts and process-driven environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and competing demands
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
- Experience managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations preferred
- Familiarity with platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar solutions
- Experience with CLM technologies highly desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Experience working with mid-sized to enterprise-level clients
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
