Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and Informatica-certified MDM Administrator/Architect to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, deep Unix/Linux administration skills, and proven experience leading MDM upgrades, migrations, and environment builds across enterprise environments. Experience with JBoss installation and configuration is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain:
• Informatica MDM Hub
• Process Server
• Related MDM components
• Perform Informatica MDM upgrades:
• Major/minor version upgrades
• Planning and execution
• Validation and rollback strategies
• Install and configure new MDM environments across:
• Development
• QA
• UAT
• Production
• Apply:
• Patches
• Hotfixes
• Security updates
• Lead migration activities and troubleshoot:
• Schema changes
• Configuration mismatches
• Deployment failures
• Analyze logs and resolve:
• System-level issues
• Application-level issues
• Performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with:
• Development teams
• Infrastructure teams
• Database teams
• QA teams
• Architects
• Provide technical guidance and MDM best practices
• Participate in:
• Release planning
• Change management
• Production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

Informatica MDM

• Informatica MDM Certification (Admin or equivalent)
• 5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM administration experience
• Strong experience with:
• Informatica MDM Hub
• Process Server
• MDM upgrades
• Environment builds

Additional Informatica Tools

• Informatica IDQ
• E360
• ActiveVOS

System Administration

• Strong Unix/Linux administration experience
• Shell scripting expertise

Database Experience

• Oracle Database
• SQL Server

Other Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience
