Job Overview:
- The Learning and Development Support Contractor will support the Learning and Development team in the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the manufacturing site.
- The Training Associate will collaborate with Learning and Development associates to manage training matrices, support training material development, coordinate instructor-led sessions, and assist with learning management and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the manufacturing site.
- Partner with Learning and Development associates to perform ServiceNow requests and manage training-related activities.
- Manage and maintain functional area training matrices.
- Review, update, revise, and approve training documentation within quality documentation systems.
- Support course and curriculum periodic reviews.
- Run Learning Management System reports to support quality investigations and reporting requests.
- Monitor and manage requests received through the Learning and Development team email address.
- Support ServiceNow requests including creation, management, and cancellation of instructor-led classes.
- Coordinate deactivation and retirement of courses.
- Support due date extension projects and trending activities.
- Coordinate instructor-led class scheduling and communication activities.
- Support contractor learning plans and curriculum assignment activities.
- Revise and support training materials including on-the-job training and instructor-led training content.
- Support assignment profile streamlining and curriculum architecture projects.
- Coordinate instructor-led classes including visitor registration, rosters, room arrangements, and surveys.
- Manage and coordinate post-training surveys.
- Organize data and process metrics for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to update and improve training programs based on survey results.
- Support global initiatives and implementation activities related to learning and development.
- Ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing learning and development operations.
Should Have:
- Experience supporting learning and development initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple training and administrative activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with learning management systems and documentation platforms.
