Implementation Project Manager

Medisolv, Inc. is dedicated to improving healthcare quality through actionable data solutions. They are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the deployment of software solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple healthcare SaaS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and addressing client needs
• Establish and reinforce clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and client responsibilities to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful implementation outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to develop comprehensive implementation plans tailored to client requirements
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery of projects
• Analyze and refine implementation processes, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Implementations on project status, team performance, and client feedback
