Project Manager-Power Generation (Liberty Projects)

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider that delivers reliable and efficient power systems. They are seeking a Project Manager - Power Generation Systems to provide technical support and project management for power generation systems, offering field and engineering support while coordinating commissioning and field testing.

• Confers with engineers, managers, contractors, customers and others to discuss project, prepare documents or modify contract schedules
• Manage Technical Equipment and delivery schedules
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance testing reports with project engineers and Commissioning Director. Develop and package reports for submission to manufacturers, customer(s), and corporate database
• Work independently and as part of a team to facilitate installation of power plant equipment and systems
• Assist customers, engineers, and contractors with electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment through stages of project development, delivery, commissioning, training, and on-going customer support
• Coordinate plant pre-start activities, commissioning and field testing through commercial operation
• Provide non-technical support to project engineers
• Be the positive face of the company to the customer
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Project management or project execution experience
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S Permanent Resident status
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience with electrical and mechanical equipment components and systems
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Managing a high workload: multi-tasking, multi-organizing, delivering contributions with multiple projects with sometimes conflicting resource requirements
• Direct involvement with moving mechanical systems and energized electrical circuits
• Managing supply chains, shipping, Customs and importation requirements
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, operating systems and internet communications
