ServiceNow Business Analyst - (LATAM CANDIDATES ONLY)

Talentus Global is a US company with a strong presence in LATAM, seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements effectively to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct workshops and provide clear and concise reports
• Identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine business processes and ServiceNow configurations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide clear and concise reports
• Experience in business process modeling and improvement, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
• English B2 or above is mandatory
• Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
• Excellent soft skills
