SporTech is building the digital infrastructure layer for sports clubs, leagues, academies, and federations globally. The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead revenue growth and partnerships across various sports organizations, managing the full sales cycle and building the company’s sales function.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and revenue growth
- Build partnerships with clubs, leagues, federations, brands, and enterprise partners
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and manage sales pipeline and CRM
- Recruit and manage sales team
- Work with marketing and product teams to improve positioning and customer acquisition
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance
Requirements:
- 7+ years in sales or business development
- Strong B2B and enterprise sales experience
- Experience in sports, sports tech, SaaS, media, or startup environments
- Proven track record closing high-value partnerships
- Experience managing pipelines and sales teams
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
