MBO Partners is seeking a highly collaborative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support enterprise marketing initiatives within the Fun & Fulfillment organization. The role involves developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across various media channels to enhance social connection and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to organizational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Support campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting across paid social media and programmatic/display channels
- Partner with internal teams on:
- Budget management
- Campaign timing and trafficking
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Message and creative testing
- Reporting and performance optimization
- Monitor and improve campaign KPIs including traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Support owned media initiatives including organic social media and related digital marketing channels
- Refine and streamline marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency across channels including:
- Digital
- Mobile apps
- Newsletters
- Social media
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit, resize, and enhance creative assets for digital and social campaigns
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and overall marketing performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support ongoing and future marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
- Hands-on experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns
- Hands-on experience creating and managing display/programmatic advertising campaigns
- Experience working with owned media channels including organic social media
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and KPI performance tracking
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and channel teams
- Strong written communication and marketing copy refinement skills
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop for digital asset editing and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer marketing initiatives
- Experience working within highly collaborative enterprise marketing environments
- Familiarity with digital media trafficking, reporting, and campaign analytics
- Experience supporting engagement-focused or community-focused marketing programs
