Largeton Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to analyze and address evolving business needs. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable insights and developing reporting solutions to support business and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand and analyze evolving business needs
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights, metrics, and reporting solutions
- Perform advanced data analysis, reporting, and data extraction, particularly using ServiceNow and Snowflake platforms
- Build dashboards, reports, and develop performance metrics to support business and product teams
- Calculate and track business KPIs such as ROI, adoption rates, savings, and operational performance
- Interpret complex datasets and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Manage shifting priorities, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and ownership
- Facilitate discussions, enabling effective communication across cross-functional teams
- Convert conceptual business needs into concrete analytical and reporting deliverables
