IAM Business Analyst

Compri Consulting is hiring an IAM Business Analyst for a contract role with the possibility of extension. This remote position is crucial for driving DevOps initiatives, focusing on requirements that ensure security, compliance, and streamlined user access.

Requirements:

• Understand various interoperability protocols
• SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management)
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Understand basic IAM processes
• RBAC
• Provisioning
• Deprovisioning
• Active Directory
• SDLC
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
• Experience with various designing tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Specialized skills and certifications (like CISSP or CISM) are highly desirable
