They are seeking a strategic and technically savvy product marketing professional to drive marketing initiatives for their Structures product line, translating complex features into compelling messaging and developing go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering value-based messaging for select Ansys Structures products (including Sherlock, Sound, nCode Design Life, etc.) to prospective customers, existing customers, and partners in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Participating in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and supporting regional sales alignment for global campaigns
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and differentiate Synopsys solutions from competitors
- Developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement collateral such as customer-facing presentations, use cases, battle cards, case studies, and solution guides
- Creating and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key global initiatives
- Managing the launch and marketing execution of new features and product releases as part of the bi-annual release cycle
- Owning the development of all marketing collateral, including web content, product videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and other solution-oriented content in partnership with Corporate Marketing
- Coordinating with field and digital marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and targeted lead generation programs that meet sales needs
- Tracking and reporting on business unit-related leads, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and measuring ROI at all stages of the customer journey
- Managing complex, multi-product marketing campaigns with a global reach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees (MS, MBA) or Product Marketing Alliance Certification are a plus
- Proven experience in product marketing for engineering or software products, ideally within CAE or CAD domains
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product functionality into clear, customer-centric messaging and value propositions
- Broad expertise across marketing competencies including digital, social, web, and account-based marketing
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of executing complex, global campaigns
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy development
- Excellent English proficiency and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
