Team Red Dog is hiring a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst for their client, a Fortune 50 technology leader. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and business systems support to enhance supply chain operations and improve reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to align technology solutions with operational business strategies
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data to support supply chain and operational decision-making
- Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Support order fulfillment managers with reporting, operational analysis, and daily business needs
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions for developers and programmers
- Assist with cost-benefit and ROI analyses related to system implementations and process improvements
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT organizations to deliver effective technical solutions
- Support multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-moving enterprise environment
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help optimize operational efficiency
- Proactively communicate risks, delivery timelines, and project status updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Data analysis and reporting experience with the ability to work with complex datasets, build insights, and support operational business decisions using Power BI and Excel
- Supply chain operations experience supporting areas such as order fulfillment, supply chain reporting, process analysis, or master data management
- Power BI dashboard development and enhancement experience, including maintaining and updating existing reporting solutions in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field required
- 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, supply chain operations, or related environments
- 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience working with complex datasets
- 3+ years of supply chain operations or supply chain analytics experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience, including advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of programming languages and technical systems functionality
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with the ability to develop innovative business solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and independently drive solutions to complex business problems
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
