Innervate is a company focused on transforming marketing professionals' ability to orchestrate personalized, dynamic content. The Senior Product Manager will bridge customer needs and product development, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic business value.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and lead customer-facing discussions, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering interviews
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and other customer-facing roles to unify and distill feedback
- Developing internal documentation capturing critical insights and turning into an actionable asset
- Prioritization based both on customer urgency and broader product strategy
- Conduct or commission market research, surveys, and data analysis on product usage
- Synthesize data to uncover broader market trends, potential gaps in the product, and opportunities for new capabilities
- Maintain a pulse on competitor offerings to inform strategic positioning
- Ensure full alignment between customers and internal teams by clarifying requirements, timelines, and dependencies
- Close the loop with customers to validate that proposed solutions address the original pain points and yield mutual understanding of how features will be implemented
- Work closely with Engineering to refine technical feasibility and constraints
- Ensure QA teams have a deep understanding of why certain features must meet specific functional and non-functional criteria
- Partner with UX/UI Designers to align user experiences with stated customer requirements, while providing context on the customer journey and workflow
- Coordinate with the Program/Project Management team so that feature development aligns with project timelines and resource allocations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of marketing technology stacks, digital marketing workflows, analytics, and relevant business processes
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with executive stakeholders and run detailed discovery sessions with end-users
- Mastery in documenting requirements, presenting data, and synthesizing complex information into artifacts
- Ability to break down ambiguous requirements into structured, testable statements
- Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and priorities
- Deep understanding of business models, revenue drivers, and customer ROI
- Advocacy for user experience and the ability to articulate customer pain points
- Bridging gaps among cross-functional teams with varying objectives (e.g., engineering vs. sales vs. marketing)
- Mediating between conflicting priorities to arrive at balanced product decisions
- Connecting immediate customer requirements to long-term product strategy
- Demonstrated experience linking day-to-day product work with a broader roadmap that addresses market trends and future innovation
