LBB Specialties is dedicated to empowering innovation in the chemical distribution space. As a Sales Account Manager, Pharmaceuticals, you will cultivate productive relationships with customers in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences market, contributing to the company's financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term, productive relationships with current customers by understanding their business needs and seeking to address their challenges
- Ensure that the customer views the Company as a trusted partner and problem-solver enabling business retention and growth
- Leverage market knowledge to seek opportunities for new business development. Identify unmet needs, prioritize opportunities and partner within the organization to support growth opportunities
- Establish (and follow) a rigorous process for following up on new leads, pursuing new lines of inquiry, etc
- Understand market trends and competitive environment in our market segments
- Provide market and customer feedback to all internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in the life sciences specialty chemical industry and sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Excellent selling and persuasion skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
