Fresh Tech Maid is a rapidly expanding home cleaning company looking for a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, managing sales calls, and conducting digital marketing projects to boost lead volume and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
• Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
• Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed
• Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets
• Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
• Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service

• An ability to emotionally connect with potential clients and effectively convey the value of our services
• Sensitivity to clients' emotional needs, especially in the context of home cleaning
• Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Expertise in managing long sales cycles while delivering exceptional client service
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
• Comfort in using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new technologies like AI Sales Agents and AI Scheduling Agents
• Trustworthiness and integrity, delivering on promises whether someone is watching or not
• A love for both Sales and Marketing, understanding their close relationship
• Have a Bachelor's Degree
