Clinical Data - Business Analyst

Dice is seeking a Clinical Data - Business Analyst for a contract role. The primary focus of this role is to manage requirements and business processes while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and translating technical information into business language.

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Modeling: designing and visualizing workflows to identify inefficiencies and structure technical solutions
• Proficient on Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder Management - ability to manage stakeholders up and down the organization, build trust, manage expectations, resolve conflict
• Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate well with business and IT stakeholders and with senior leaders
• Translating complex technical architecture into plain business language, and vice-versa
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Pharma experience - preferably in the clinical trials and Reference Data Management
