Damoov is a global API-first telematics and mobility platform, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist, Growth Systems to enhance their marketing operations. This role involves supporting marketing systems, managing campaigns, and improving reporting and analytics to facilitate effective marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support and improve the systems and workflows behind Damoov’s marketing operations
- Help manage campaign setup, tracking structure, lead flow, and internal process consistency
- Maintain strong data hygiene across marketing tools, lists, and reporting workflows
- Help create a more organized and scalable marketing operating system
- Support the operational side of campaigns across content, email, website, paid, or partnership-driven initiatives
- Help coordinate assets, links, tracking, tagging, and launch readiness across marketing activities
- Work closely with the team to make sure campaigns are set up clearly and measured correctly
- Support smoother execution across recurring and one-off growth initiatives
- Build and maintain reporting that helps the team understand traffic, engagement, lead generation, and funnel performance
- Help define and track key marketing metrics and contribution to pipeline
- Identify gaps in tracking, attribution, and reporting consistency
- Turn performance data into clear summaries that support better decision-making
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to support handoffs, reporting clarity, and process alignment
- Help ensure that lead management and campaign data support broader go-to-market goals
- Contribute to documentation, templates, and internal workflows that improve team efficiency
- Support a stronger connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing operations, digital marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar process- and data-oriented marketing role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing structured workflows
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with performance data and reporting
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and campaign tracking logic
- Ability to stay organized across multiple projects and moving parts
- Clear communication skills and comfort working across teams
- Ability to improve systems and processes in a practical, hands-on way
- Interest in B2B SaaS, technology marketing, mobility, telematics, or growth-focused environments
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lead tracking, or attribution workflows
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, funnel metrics, and dashboarding
- Experience supporting email marketing, content operations, website updates, or digital campaigns
- Understanding of how marketing supports pipeline generation and commercial growth
- Experience in a startup or lean team environment
