L'Oréal is a leader in dermo-cosmetics, and they are seeking a U.S. Marketing Manager for their brand skinbetter science. The role involves managing market activations, driving brand awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to support the brand's growth in the aesthetics market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and lead integrated, engaging, and consistent 360° market activations with cross-functional partners in B2B, D2C channels
- Continue to grow hero franchises by translating analytics to insights and action
- Build, optimize and track commercial offers (promotions)
- Create, organize, and deploy marketing materials for B2B, D2C channels after collaborating with internal partners
- Act as a steward of the brand: ensure that all actions and messages are in line with the sense of purpose while reinforcing the equity
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings
- Identify key marketing opportunities to creatively drive brand awareness with maximum impact
- Work closely with the global marketing group to inspire relevant product development and intriguing creative, claims
- Promote the company in a positive light and bring the spirit of partnership to all interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience successfully guiding strategic marketing, branding and product management within a consumer goods business. Experience within luxury and/or beauty is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the professional skincare market and/or experience within B2B-Medical space is a plus
- Passionate about consumer trends and market needs within skincare
