Schoox is a leading SaaS company specializing in innovative Learning Management Systems (LMS). They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between product development and sales, ensuring effective market communication of their LMS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and positioning
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Create and manage engaging content, including product collateral, case studies, webinars, blogs, and sales enablement materials, to support product awareness and lead generation
- Partner with the sales team to provide tools and training that enhance their ability to sell our products effectively. Develop sales presentations, product demos, and FAQs
- Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and build advocacy. Use insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
