Visionary Dynamics Consulting Inc is seeking a results-driven US Business Development Executive / Manager – RPO to drive client acquisition and expand their footprint in the US market. The role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing RPO deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for RPO services across the US market
- Identify and acquire new clients with recruitment outsourcing needs across industries
- Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, and CXOs
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound sales efforts
- Understand client hiring challenges and propose tailored RPO solutions (end-to-end, project-based, sourcing support, etc.)
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, workforce challenges, and talent acquisition innovations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within RPO, staffing, or recruitment services (US market)
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, hiring models, and talent acquisition strategies
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in HR or outsourcing services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based earning model
- Established network with US-based HR leaders or decision-makers is a strong advantage
