Aledade, Inc. is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. The Market Performance Manager is responsible for leading the Explorer field team and driving performance initiatives to meet quality and savings targets within a virtual service model.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for driving market-wide quality and savings targets by supporting the development of strategies and overseeing the execution of core ACO transformation strategies
- Analyze market-level performance gaps and variances to understand root causes and implement corrective actions
- Alight market activities with internal teams (Performance, Product, etc.) to ensure practice transformation goals are met
- Lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS) to ensure high-quality service delivery within the Explorer Market
- Providing guidance on structured intervention attempts for practices while managing day-to-day field requests
- Support Aledade’s People Management strategy for the Explorer team
- Provide frontline feedback to the Program Director to help build and refine the service delivery model while standing up the program
- Mitigate risks and prioritize initiatives that support the evolution of the virtual service model
- Provide input and oversight into performance strategy and automated
- Cultivate internal partnerships to align strategic priorities and identify opportunities for program growth and savings
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in Value-Based Care (VBC), with a proven track record of driving operational performance and delivering successful quality/financial outcomes
- 6-8 years of experience utilizing healthcare data analytics to uncover strategic insights, solve complex problems, and improve performance outcomes
- 3–5 years of experience managing a structured team (minimum of 3+ direct reports)
- Results-oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven success collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes of major projects
