Anytime Garage Door is a nationwide residential garage door service company looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and customer-focused marketing professional. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for building targeted customer audiences and executing high-performing marketing campaigns to maximize customer retention and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage customer audiences within ServiceTitan
- Create and launch targeted SMS, email, and direct mail campaigns
- Develop seasonal, promotional, maintenance, and service follow-up campaigns
- Partner with the Outbound Team to provide customer call lists and campaign targeting
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
- Manage post-service customer satisfaction survey processes
- Create and optimize customer feedback workflows
- Monitor customer reviews and satisfaction trends
- Route customer feedback to the appropriate managers and departments
- Help ensure fast resolution of customer concerns
- Identify recurring customer experience issues and improvement opportunities
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics
- Report on campaign ROI, retention rates, booking performance, and customer satisfaction scores
- Make recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention
Requirements:
- Experience using ServiceTitan marketing and audience tools REQUIRED
- Experience creating SMS, email, and direct mail campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention marketing
- Experience managing customer surveys and feedback systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in home services or service-based industries
