Senior Business Systems Analyst

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network, delivering strategic programs and services that unite the organization. They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collect and refine business requirements, create visualizations, manage product backlogs, and facilitate Agile planning meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and refine business requirements related to XML content analysis and review to respond to regulatory changes
• Create visualizations of content, relationships, and metadata for business stakeholders
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and suggest improvements to content Information Architecture to meet their content analysis needs
• Suggest how generative AI-based tools can be used to help with analysis of changes needed to the corpus of content based on various regulatory changes
• Manage product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Facilitate Product Increment Planning meetings with agile teams and stakeholders
• Perform product demonstrations to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage taxonomies for the Audit & Assurance organization technology platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field
• two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Business Systems Analyst-related occupation
• Analyzing information architecture concepts and applying them in creating process diagram, content organization, and output mockups
• Creating Tableau dashboards that visualize data findings to evaluate product
• Connecting Power BI workspace with Synapse workspace to develop various reports with automated refreshes to fulfill business needs and visualize data findings
• Analyzing Agile philosophy and applying Scrum framework to manage and organize team collaboration to develop product
• Using Excel to develop complex validators for report testing and validation purposes, create models for analysis, and visualize data hierarchy
• Managing multi-work stream projects by developing and adjusting project delivery plans, monitoring project progress, and documenting cross-team dependencies via Azure DevOps
• Using Python to develop quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and product usage and visualize the analysis findings to facilitate business
