Datamars is a global leader in data solutions with a focus on Smart Farming technologies. The Customer Success Manager will lead customer satisfaction efforts from installation to post-sales support, ensuring exceptional experiences and managing technical troubleshooting and training.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, installation, and post-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Oversee system installations, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Deliver hands-on training to customers and establish regional hub training sessions
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards
- Drive outbound communication for updates, seasonal tips, and new features, while fostering customer advocacy
- Support customers and internal teams with specialized product knowledge to enhance system utilization and satisfaction
- Provide feedback and insights for product development and market improvements
- Work closely with global teams to share best practices and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
Requirements:
- Background in agriculture, ideally with experience in dairy farming or a related field
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively
- Experience managing equipment installations, including contractor oversight and project budgets
- Comfortable delivering hands-on, practical training and group sessions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools, with exposure to commercial sales processes
- Willingness to travel as required, with up to 50% of time spent in the field
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
