Shinkei is seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Representative to represent Seremoni Grade Fish in the field. The role involves conducting door-to-door visits to professional kitchens, educating chefs on product quality, and driving trial and adoption of Seremoni Grade products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily door-to-door visits to restaurants, hotels, private clubs, and catering operations within your assigned territory
- Educate chefs and kitchen teams on Seremoni Grade process, its impact on product quality, and the Seremoni Grade difference
- Conduct product tastings, demonstrations, sampling and leave-behinds to drive trial
- Convert new accounts and nurture existing relationships to increase order frequency and volume
- Work closely with assigned distribution partners to coordinate sales routes, product availability, and delivery logistics
- Ride along with distributor sales reps to jointly call on accounts and strengthen the partnership at street level
- Relay chef feedback, demand signals, and competitive insights back to both Seremoni and distributor teams
- Ensure distributor reps are confident and knowledgeable when representing Seremoni products independently
- Maintain accurate records of all visits, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM
- Track progress against weekly and monthly targets for new account openings, tastings completed, and revenue generated
- Provide regular field reports on market trends, competitive activity, and product feedback
