Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Minnesota (Onsite 4 days per week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead sprint execution and ensure delivery quality
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers
- Partner with product and architecture teams on design and delivery
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and engineering best practices
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and performant
Must Have / Required:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React, or similar stacks
