Product Manager, Engagement

Hone Health is an online medical clinic focused on transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity. They are seeking a Product Manager, Engagement to own the patient engagement roadmap and collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to improve user experience and ensure habitual app use.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
• Define and track engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
• Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
• Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
• Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications with a focus on engagement, retention, and habitual use
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
• Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Deep personal interest in health and longevity
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features
