Full Stack Developer ( Must have an active TS SCI with POLY)

Aperio Global is focused on national security and technology, seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support a mission-critical program in McLean, VA. The role involves building and maintaining a web-based application that provides timely and reliable data to users, directly contributing to national security efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs into clear, well-documented application requirements, partnering closely with the product manager to ensure scope alignment
• Design and implement new application features using Python, Java, JavaScript, and shell scripting, across both front-end and back-end components
• Develop and manage backend databases supporting data ingest, storage, and retrieval workflows
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to ensure technical requirements are met across the overall application architecture
• Work with UI/UX experts and mission users to build intuitive, effective, and user-driven interfaces
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings to align on priorities, identify blockers, and drive progress
• Test and validate application features to ensure functionality meets mission and customer requirements
• Demonstrate completed software deliverables to the product manager and team at the end of each sprint
