Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads
- Design and optimize lead-generation strategies for each stage of the marketing funnel
- Implement account-based marketing initiatives to support the sales team
- Create and promote thought leadership content to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Conduct testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform strategy and provide feedback on new tools or initiatives
- Monitor and optimize conversions, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Direct Response campaigns
- Expertise in LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation
- Strong analytical skills to measure revenue attribution and campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page conversion optimization
- Ability to provide strategic insights and feedback to product and marketing teams
- Excellent project management skills, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
