Oleria provides adaptive and autonomous identity security solutions to protect and enable today's dynamic enterprise. The Senior Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for competitive positioning, customer proof points, and messaging that arms the go-to-market motion, utilizing AI to enhance marketing materials and drive deal closures.
Responsibilities:
- AI-assisted competitive intelligence: automated monitoring of competitor messaging, product updates, and customer sentiment — synthesized into actionable briefs weekly, not quarterly
- Sales enablement content generated at startup speed: first drafts in hours using AI, refined with domain expertise, shipped same-week
- Customer case studies and reference programs with Fortune 500 enterprises
- Sales enablement content: battle cards, objection handling, ROI models, demo scripts
- Operationalization guides and maturity models that help customers succeed post-purchase
- Analyst-ready materials for Gartner, Forrester, and industry briefings
- Pricing and packaging support as the platform evolves
- Product/Platform launch messaging and go-to-market materials
Requirements:
- 5–8 years in B2B product marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise infrastructure
- You are AI-native. You use Claude, GPT, and AI research tools as core infrastructure — not a nice-to-have. Competitive analysis that used to take a week takes you a day. A displacement playbook draft is done by end of day, not end of quarter. Show us your AI workflow
- You are a hands-on keyboard. There is no agency, no junior team, no contractor to hand work to. You write the battle card, you build the ROI model, you draft the analyst brief. Series A means you are the marketing team for your function
- You've built competitive displacement programs—not just battle cards, but full motions that targeted specific vendor install bases and drove pipeline
- Deep comfort with technical products. You can read an architecture diagram, understand API integrations, and translate technical differentiation into business value
- Experience building customer proof programs: case studies, reference customers, joint conference appearances, customer advisory boards
- You write well. Not 'marketing copy'—clear, credible, technical content that security practitioners respect
- You use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and competitive analysis. You ship faster because of it
- Experience working directly with analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and understanding how to influence market perception
- Direct experience in identity governance (IGA), identity security, or IAM markets
- Experience marketing platforms (multi-product) rather than point solutions
- Background at a company that displaced an entrenched incumbent
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and CISO buyer personas
- Experience rebuilding or standing up a product marketing function from scratch at a Series A/B company
