Robotic Imaging, Inc. is a reality-capture and AI facilities-intelligence company that utilizes advanced technologies to provide digital records for clients. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with major retailers and commercial brands, focusing on identifying key stakeholders and booking qualified meetings for Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and attack a portfolio of assigned target companies — research them, map their stakeholders, and find the decision-makers in real estate, construction, store development, and facilities
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound — phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects against our ideal-customer profile and book qualified meetings for Account Managers
- Build and maintain the Company Profile for each account — their growth plans, key stakeholders, current survey workflow, and the path to win — in our platform
- Keep every assigned company moving — log each touch with an outcome and a next action, and never let an account go cold
- Hit your numbers — roughly 10 qualified meetings a month, plus the activity and coverage that get you there
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in an SDR / BDR or outbound sales role — or a real track record of high-volume outreach and hustle
- Comfortable with heavy outbound and rejection; resilient, competitive, and coachable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and disciplined with CRM / pipeline hygiene
- Genuinely curious — willing to learn a technical product and how large companies buy
- Experience selling into retail, construction, real estate, facilities, or AEC
- B2B SaaS, tech, or services sales background
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Interest in construction tech, proptech, or spatial data
